62 m², 2 Double Bedrooms, 1 Mezzanine with 2 single beds. (Sleeps 6, or 8 with sofa bed in lounge). 2 Bathrooms (one shower, one bath), 1 separate toilet. Open plan lounge, kitchen and dining room, large fireplace, sunny balcony (with built in BBQ and panoramic views of the La Clusaz ski area), garage and ski locker.

Available to rent Saturday to Saturday throughout the year, and shorter stays on request.

PRICE: from €440 (low season) to €1100 (peak) for a week.

LAYOUT

The self catered ski apartment is on two floors, situated in a chalet of only 8 independent apartments.

First floor -  a large master bedroom includes a double bed (and single if needed), large wardrobe and chest of drawers. Gallery/Mezzanine separated by curtains, with two single beds, chest of drawers. Bathroom with powerful shower. Modern wood finished floor throughout.

Ground floor - open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with dining table which sits 6-8 easily, sofa (bed if needed) by large open fireplace, french windows onto balcony with stunning views of the ski pistes. Entrance way leads to second double bedroom (smaller than upstairs but fits a wardrobe and bedside tables), bathroom with full size bath (very unusual!) and separate toilet. Tiled floor with underfloor heating throughout, carpeted bedroom.

Kitchen is well equipped for self catering, with microwave, oven and grill, electric hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and fondue/raclette set...bring on the cheese! Cutlery and crockery for 8 people. Kitchen conveniently laid out and easily handles cooking for everyone  - ideal for self catered ski holidays.

Private washing machine and dryer in basement. 

In France the self catered apartment is registered 2 star for up to 6 occupants. Possibly not an ideal self catering accommodation for three adult couples, as the balcony/ mezzanine area is not a double and there is not the same privacy as a bedroom.
